How we do it
- 01
Free estimate
We inspect the visible damage, look for what's hiding behind it, and write a detailed estimate before any work begins.
- 02
Insurance coordination
We work with every insurance company. Send us your claim number and we handle the back-and-forth with the adjuster.
- 03
Teardown & repair plan
Damaged parts come off so nothing hidden gets missed. If we find more damage, we document it and get approval before we continue.
- 04
Structure & body
Frame and unibody are measured and straightened where needed; panels are repaired or replaced.
- 05
Paint & refinish
Color-matched, applied in a controlled spray booth and blended into the surrounding panels.
- 06
Final inspection
Fit, finish, lights and electronics are checked before you get the keys back.
Collision FAQ
Questions we hear most about collision repair. Anything else, call us — we'll give you a straight answer.
Do I have to use the shop my insurance company recommends?
No. California Insurance Code section 758.5 prohibits insurers from requiring you to use a particular repair shop. You can bring your car to Top Tier and we'll work directly with your insurer.
How long does collision repair take?
It depends on the damage, parts availability and insurance approval. Minor repairs can take a few days; structural work and back-ordered parts take longer. We give you a realistic timeline once the car is torn down and update you if anything changes.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Bring the car in during business hours or send photos through our estimate form to get started — there's no charge for the estimate.
