These terms cover this website. Your repair itself is governed by the written estimate and invoice we give you.
Who we are
This website is operated by Top Tier Auto Collision, 11782 Sheldon St, Sun Valley, CA 91352. You can reach us at (626) 646-7117 or info@toptierautocollision.com. Using this site means you accept these terms.
What this website is for
It describes our services and service areas, explains how collision repair works in California, and lets you send us an estimate request. It is not a booking system, and sending a request does not create a repair contract.
An estimate is not a final price
Anything we quote from photos is preliminary. Collision damage is routinely worse than it looks until panels come off, so the real number comes from inspecting the vehicle. Before any work begins you get a written estimate, and we do not start work or run up charges without your authorization. If the job needs more than the estimate covers, we have to get your consent before doing that extra work. Those are your rights under California's Automotive Repair Act, and they are explained in plain language on our estimates, deposits and refunds page.
The guides are general information, not legal advice
Our guides and tools summarize California rules on collision reports, insurance claims and repair rights. Laws change and every claim is different. Nothing here is legal advice, and reading it does not make us your lawyer or your insurance adviser. For advice about your own situation, talk to a lawyer, your insurer or the agency involved.
What you send us
When you send photos or details through the estimate form, you confirm you have the right to send them, and you give us permission to use them for the limited purpose of answering your request and carrying out the repair — including sharing them with your insurer, a parts supplier or a sublet shop when the repair needs it. We will not use your photos in our own advertising unless you tell us we can.
Please do not send payment card numbers, your driver's license number, your Social Security number or medical records. We do not need them to quote a repair, and this form is not the place for them.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to copy or scrape it wholesale, to send false information, or to interfere with how it works for anyone else.
Our content, and other companies' trademarks
The text, photographs, illustrations and code on this site belong to Top Tier Auto Collision or are used with permission. Insurance company names appear so you know we handle claims with those carriers. Those names are the trademarks of their owners, and naming one does not mean we are endorsed by, affiliated with, or part of any insurer's direct repair program.
Links and third-party services
Where we link out — to the Bureau of Automotive Repair, the DMV, a police department or a map — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. The map on our contact page loads only after you choose to load it.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep hours, service areas and page details accurate, but we cannot promise the site is error-free or always available. Distances, drive times and which agency takes a collision report are general guidance, not guarantees.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, this website is provided as is, and we are not liable for losses arising from using it, such as relying on an estimate range or a drive time. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the California Automotive Repair Act, the Consumers Legal Remedies Act or any other consumer protection law, and nothing here limits liability for fraud or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. The work we do on your vehicle is covered by your written estimate and invoice, not by this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
If we change these terms, the new version is posted here with a new effective date above. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
